Event Overview:
The Rynse team joined the Government Fleet Expo (GFX) held in Charlotte, NC from June 24-27, 2025. GFX is the largest annual conference for public fleet professionals in the U.S., featuring educational sessions, an exhibit hall, and networking opportunities. The conference is organized by the team behind Government Fleet magazine.
We had an action-packed week exploring the exhibit hall, hosting meet-ups, and highlighting how Rynse supports government fleet management:
Rynse’s platform gives fleet managers access to a wide network of nearby service vendors, simplifies admin tasks with centralized, itemized billing, and helps monitor for potential misuse. Track real-time data on service activity and spending, and see exactly what services were performed, when, where, and on which vehicles.
Booth Highlights:
Rynse exhibited at Booth 221. We were excited to see GFX attendees and showcase live demos of our fleet management software.
At our booth, we hosted a golf putting game, offering participants the chance to win fun swag items. We held a raffle as well, with the grand prize of an Amazon gift card!
Networking Dinner:
On Tuesday, June 24, we kicked off GFX by organizing a networking dinner at STK Steakhouse. We invited our fellow attendees to join us for steak, drinks, and industry conversations. It was a pleasure connecting with fleet professionals to share ideas, explore new solutions, and discuss daily challenges.
Happy Hour:
On Wednesday, June 25, we planned a happy hour at Ri Ra Irish Pub to mingle with our GFX peers. We provided drinks and a variety of appetizers, such as sliders, Irish potato cakes, spinach artichoke dip, and more. It was an excellent opportunity to meet new industry leaders and re-engage with previous connections.
