
Event Overview
The Rynse team attended the 2025 NAFA Institute and Expo, held in Long Beach, CA from April 28–30. NAFA brought together over 2,100 fleet and mobility professionals from sectors including corporate, government, law enforcement, education, and more. Attendees explored fleet operations, strategic leadership, and the latest innovations in products, services, and professional development.
We had a productive few days of learning, networking, and sharing how Rynse supports fleet management across sectors:
Rynse’s vehicle services platform helps fleet managers access a broad network of nearby service vendors, streamline administrative work through centralized, itemized billing, and monitor for potential misuse. See real-time data on vehicle service activity and spend, and gain visibility into what services were performed, when, where, and on which vehicles.
Booth Highlights

At NAFA, Rynse exhibited at booth #1138. We were pleased to meet attendees and share live demos of our fleet management software, offering a hands-on look at how Rynse supports fleet operations.
Our golf putting game brought a fun aspect to the booth, giving participants a chance to win prizes like Yeti mugs, tote bags, stress balls, and Amazon gift cards!
Rynse Networking Events
Throughout the conference, the Rynse team hosted meet-ups to connect professionals across companies and sectors. On Monday, April 28, we kicked off with a networking dinner at 555 East American Steakhouse, where we unwound after the first day of the conference and chatted with fellow attendees over steaks and cocktails. It was great to connect on similar projects, discuss the solutions fleets are evaluating, and talk through operational pain points together.
We also hosted an open-invite coffee meetup, titled Coffee & Connections, on Tuesday, April 29. This networking event took place at our booth in the New Exhibitor Pavilion, where peers could mingle over a specialty coffee or tea. It was a great opportunity to meet new people and foster meaningful conversations. During that time, it was great to meet in person with our existing customers (we appreciate you!), a few prospects who are currently evaluating Rynse, and some new connections!
Rynse Team Highlights

As part of our time in Long Beach, the Rynse team took a moment to unwind and catch up outside of the convention center. We met for dinner at The Attic, a spot known for its Southern-inspired dishes. Following dinner, we headed over to Topgolf for some friendly competition. It was a great way to recharge after a full day at the conference.
