Event Overview
Rynse exhibited at the Southeast Governmental Fleet Managers Association (SGFMA) Annual Equipment Show and Conference from September 7–10, 2025 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This event brought together fleet professionals, industry leaders, and solution providers from across the Southeast to share ideas, explore innovations, and advance fleet management practices.
Rynse at Booth 407
As an exhibitor, Rynse demonstrated how our platform supports government fleets by providing access to a broad network of nearby service vendors, streamlining administrative tasks through centralized, itemized billing, and enabling monitoring for potential misuse. Track real-time data on service activity and spending, and view detailed records of what services were performed, when, where, and on which vehicles.
Games, Giveaways, and Good Conversations
We brought back our popular golf game at the booth! Attendees competed for a chance to test their skills and win an Amazon gift card or a Yeti mug. It was a fun way to connect with our team and learn more about how we support fleet operations with tools built for efficiency and ease.
Networking Dinner
Rynse hosted a networking dinner on Tuesday evening at Ramando’s Italian Grill in Myrtle Beach, welcoming attendees from SGFMA for a night of connection over classic Italian dishes. The evening offered a casual, friendly atmosphere where fleet professionals could unwind, share insights, and talk shop with peers from across the industry. Events like these provide valuable opportunities to build relationships beyond the conference floor, strengthening community through good food and great company. Rynse’s networking dinners reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting collaboration and fostering lasting connections in the fleet industry.
