Questions about the estimate.
How accurate is the estimate?
It’s only as accurate as the numbers you enter. The biggest factors are your current wash prices, how often you wash, and the discount in the assumptions, which varies by location. It’s an estimate, not a quote.
Does the estimate include Rynse’s pricing?
No. Pricing is built for each fleet, along with the wash network we build for it, so the estimate shows savings before Rynse’s pricing. Book a demo for pricing built for your fleet.
What if my wash prices are already low?
Set the discount in the assumptions to zero. The estimate can still show admin time saved and driver hours back from washing closer to where your vehicles are.
Why isn’t driver time in the total?
It depends on a closer wash location and on drivers using the hours they get back. The estimate always shows the hours, and can show what they’re worth next to the total. See the driver time assumptions
Where do the defaults come from?
Rynse defaults for wash discounts and trip times, the IRS standard mileage rate, and published accounts payable and fleet admin benchmarks. Each source is named next to its field. See the assumptions
