Heavy-duty trucks parked at a company yard.

More places to wash. Proof it got done. Billing that fits how you pay.

Car washes near your locations and mobile crews for bigger trucks, with limits you set, a record of each wash, and billing split by branch or cost center.

Why washing breaks down across locations.

Each location finds its own wash, and finance is left to piece it together.

  • Too few places to wash

Drivers lose time driving to a wash that’s out of the way, and bigger trucks don't fit in a car wash bay.

  • No proof the work got done

A receipt shows money was spent, but not which vehicle was washed or when.

  • Charges nobody questions

A vehicle washed three times in a week, an upsell at the register, or a wash billed twice gets lost in a branch’s expenses.

  • Bills that don't match how you pay

Charges come in on receipts and card statements, so someone sorts them by branch or cost center by hand.

Washes near your locations, for any size vehicle.

Drivers use participating car washes near their branch or along their routes, and mobile crews wash bigger trucks and detail vehicles where they park.

  • Car washes near the work

Vans, pickups and cars use participating car washes close to where they operate, including vehicles that go home with drivers.

  • Mobile crews at your yard

Book a crew in the Rynse portal for box trucks and tractors that won’t fit a car wash bay. They’re washed on site, on your schedule. Crews can also detail a vehicle before it goes to a new driver, or handle biohazard cleanup.

  • New washes where you need them

Where coverage is thin, we sign up new local washes.

We used to rely on a wash company coming on-site once a week. When a car got dirty in between, it came off the road until they showed up. Now I send a driver for same-day cleaning whenever needed, keeping our vehicles ready and on the road.

Know which vehicles were washed, where and when.

Each wash is tied to a vehicle and logged, so you have proof the work got done without chasing receipts.

  • Spend rules by location

Cap spend or the number of washes for each vehicle, by day or month, branch by branch. Washes outside your limits get flagged, and fleets using the Rynse card can turn on email alerts for every declined transaction.

  • Checked at the wash

Vehicles are verified by license plate, RFID tag or Rynse card, depending on the vehicle and location, so washes go to company vehicles.

  • Records you can pass along

Branch managers see only their own vehicles, and you can send wash reports to whoever approves the spend.

Billing set up the way your company pays.

Get one invoice split by branch or cost center, or a separate invoice for each branch. Each comes with a transaction file, so finance doesn't sort charges by hand.

  • Pay the way you already do

Pay by ACH, P-Card, check or credit card, with your PO number on the invoice.

  • Line-by-line detail

The transaction file lists each wash by vehicle, location and date.

  • New locations copy your setup

When you add a branch, it starts with the same billing and spend rules as the others.
